Description

This type of bread is inspired by the German traditions and is made of rye and wheat flour. It has an excellent taste resulting from the ingredients used: ground whole-grain rye flour, sesame, sunflower seeds, flaxseed, malt and herbs: onion, coriander and oregano. The bread made with rye-wheat starter is baked in a stone hearth furnace until a temptingly crispy crust is produced.
