Bread made of 100% whole-grain flour with added wheat meal and whole-grain rye flour. A combination of a dietary and healthy effect of the natural fibres and the exceptional nutritional properties and taste of the bread. The sour rye starter and malt extract give an exceptional taste and flavour of the bread and preserve its beneficial properties for longer.
