Description
We have input the "magical" chia seeds - the ancient food of the Maya people and the Aztecs - in the Soleo bread. The chia seeds are rich in fibres and Omega-3 fatty acids, they provide the body with energy and strengthen the immune system. The bread is made with a rye-wheat starter which increases the shelf life and enhances the flavours and taste of the product.
Bake with steam at 220℃-240℃ for 5-8 minutes.
